We want you to love your new floral vinyl floor mats; if your selection isn't the perfect fit for your home, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please ensure all returns are rolled, not folded, to maintain the integrity of the floral prints.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific floral design you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll your vinyl mat with the pattern facing outward and place it back into its original shipping tube to prevent creasing during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the tube and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the mat for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
